How it works

  1. Submit the form below. You get an on-screen receipt the second it lands, and an emailed receipt with your work-order number shortly after.
  2. Written verdict within 1 business day — accept, rescope (once, in writing), or decline with a reason and the nearest fit. No silent maybes.
  3. Pay by card through the Square checkout link in your verdict email. Fixed price, agreed before anyone pays anything.
  4. The fleet runs your work order. The clock starts when your inputs are confirmed complete.
  5. Delivery: the deliverable + a proof sheet + instructions to verify it yourself.

What if it's wrong

If the proof sheet can't show done, full refund on request within 7 days. If the job doesn't fit the menu, we decline in writing rather than wing it. No calls, ever, unless you ask.
